Breakfast: three eggs over easy (i think you all know by now I only eat organic, free range, grass fed, etc. Do I need to keep specifying? Haha)
Lunch: leftover zucchini spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce
Dinner: Burgers with a tomato on top. No bun.
Exercise: rode 14 miles on the stationary bike in an hour, 20 minutes of abs.
